Our bodies are made of energy and often gets depleted. You know the feeling I mean..tired, sluggish, full of anxiety and anxiousness. Changing that is as easy as walking outside!

Our earth is also made of energy. Grounding or Earthing is the practice of absorbing the earths energy through contact with bare skin. When you do this with intention, you can feel your state of being change. A sense of calmness fills you and the earths energy recharges you.
This practice restores and maintains the human bodies normal electrical state, which promotes self healing and harmony. There are so many benefits that you receive from earthing. It may help with chronic muscle and joint pain, sleep issues, stress, respiratory issues and pms to just name a few.
So kick off those shoes and recharge your body..heck why not lay on the ground and watch the clouds or stars..
